Joint pains

Hi Delia,

I have pains in my right big toe & in the balls of my feet. I have been using the CMO cream every other night leaving it to soak in during the night. This helps a lot, I also massage a little into my big toe just before I run.

My toe gets very painful after a run, massaging cream in before has eased the pain.

My hands are very painful, & I drop things even though I think I am holding them firmly. I massage the cream into my fingers & thumb joint every morning, occasionally I have to rub some more into my thumb joint during the day.

Since doing this my hands have become less painful & more supple, especially the thumb joint they move quite easily now.
