What brought you to Sevenpointfive?

I lost speech for a few hours and had numbness on my left hand, I was diagnosed with TIA (trans ischemic attack). I was also struggling to sleep. I had a weight problem as well.

What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?

I was not good. I was not eating healthily. I was also on Cardiocare to assist with my blood circulation.

What change did you first notice on the Sevenpointfive program?

After 1 week, my sleeping pattern improved. I had energy for the whole day.

How has Sevenpointfive changed your quality of life?

I am more cautious about what I eat. I am losing weight and my energy levels have improved. I now prefer to use natural remedies instead of taking prescribed medication.
