What brought you to Sevenpointfive?

Aches and pains and constantly getting sick. I was tired and so was my family.

What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?

I had back aches, joint and muscle pains and cramps. Low immune systems, lots of infections, heartburn, severe headaches, constipation, sinus problems and was hospitalised a number of times.

What change did you first notice on the Sevenpointfive Program?

I am no longer feeling all the aches and pains and I am more bubbly

How has Sevenpointfive changed the quality of your life?

My pains have gone away which gives me a chance to be more active and spend more quality with my family and friends. My body is working almost perfectly
