What brought you to Sevenpointfive?

I brought my daughter and after I noticed the improvement in her health, I decided to help myself.

What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?

Highly irregular periods, pain and bloating. Migraines every second week, sometimes twice in a week. My skin was terrible too, sleepless nights, insomnia.

What other methods of healing have you tried, what medications were you on and for how long?

I was on anxiety meds, sleep tables and acne gel for my skin.  Conventional medicine for a year and a half.

What change did you first notice once on the Sevenpointfive Program?

My period and migraines were less frequent, the pain of my period was less and symptoms were easing off.

How long did it take for you to regain physical/mental control over your life?

About two months, and feeling a lot better.

How has Sevenpointfive changed the quality of your life?

I am able to enjoy life a little more without the onset of migraines and debilitating period pain.
