Aneurysm and Retroperitoneal Fibrosis

Over the past 18 months, my health has been very poor, largely because of the following ailments:

• A leaking aneurysm which necessitated emergency surgery
• Retroperitoneal fibrosis which has restricted my ureters and has been the cause of continual pain
• Very high cholesterol
• Constant fatigue
